 An electric go-kart is a type of go-kart powered by electric motors and batteries, as opposed to traditional petrol engine. Electric go-karts are mostly intended for recreational usage, though high-performance models for a more serious kart racing are also offered.

 Braking System: Electric Go Kart has advance electronic braking system which not only cuts off the power as soon as the brake pedal is activated, also applies reverse torque which assist in braking & hydraulic braking system with Dual piston floating caliper along with in-house designed active heat dispersing Stainless Steel 7mm brake disc.

6. Which material are the bodyworks made up of?

Ans. Electric Go kart bodyworks are made up of high heat resistant Fiber-reinforced    plastic with excellent mechanical properties with very good corrosion resistance.

7. Aesthetics looks appealing. Is it customizable?

Ans. Yes, we can customize the decal color combination and place your logo and tagline after brief discussion with you.

8. What happens to the kart and driver in case of  an accident?

Ans. While designing the Go kart ecosystem, safety has been our top most priority.

– In case of impact, with our first layer of 8 mm HDPE protection, 25mm Natural Rubber damping linkages and efficient load path member  in Chassis, major impact is well damped and disturbed causing minimum damage to the kart and driver.

– With 4-point safety harness and wireless control, the system is well equipped to control extreme situations.

9. What about the driver ergonomics? Are the pedal, seat and steering assembly adjustable?

Ans. With Electric Go kart ecosystem, we aim to offer an amazing karting experience to your customers. Yes, the pedal assembly is adjustable with a 6 inch travel length. For not compromising the quality of chassis and drive, we have not kept the steering and seat assembly adjustable.

10. What happens in the case of simultaneous use of brake and throttle pedal?

Ans. Electric Go kart has electronic clutch which ensures the power is cut-off the moment brake pedal is pressed, ensuring absolute safety of kart and driver.

11. Is there a seat belt in Electric Go Kart?

Ans. Yes, all models of our Electric Go kart has a standard 4 – point safety seat harness.

12. What about the electronics? Is the safe and all-weather proof?

Ans. All the electrical and electronic system is either of Automotive or Military standards. Hence, all the systems are completely all  weather proof.

3. What is the life of the battery?

Ans. The life of Lithium Ion Battery pack depends on various factors total riding distance, recharge cycles and temperature profile of the      track. However, it will hardly even be noticeable. The cells come with a 1000 cycle/ 3-year warranty whichever early with 80% battery capacity retention will ensure hassle-free karting experience.

4. What is the normal procedure to operate it?

Ans. Standard Charging: Standard charge consists of charging at constant current of 0.5C. Cells should be at rest for 10 minutes after charging.  Standard Discharging: Standard discharge is programmed in the controller. Cells should be at rest for 20 minutes after discharging.

5. Do we have purchase the battery pack separately?

Ans. No, one battery is provided with Go kart. After doing an audit of your track, our team will assist you in deciding the number of extra batteries required for swapping, which needs to be purchased separately by the track owner.

6. What is the weight and dimensions of the battery? 

Ans. The weight of one battery pack is just 16 kg. Dimensions of battery pack is 255mm * 160mm * 250mm.

7. What is the warranty of the battery?

Ans. The cells come with a 1000 cycle/ 6-month warranty whichever early with 80% battery capacity retention will ensure hassle-free karting experience.

8. What do we have to do with the battery pack after it’s life of operation?

Ans. We are currently working on a battery exchange/buy-back program, to get you a new battery at a lower cost and repurpose your old battery pack. We hope to announce that soon.

Charger

1. What type of charger do you have?

Ans. A heavy duty smart charger based on SMPS technology.

2. What type of electrical connection and safety measures required for the installation of charger?

Ans. Our charger draws current from a normal single phase 230V AC and 25A socket. Also, the current supply on the track should be stable;  else a stabilizer needs to be installed.

3. Is the charger all weather-proof?

Ans. The casing of the charger is dust and small particle proof. An overhead enclosure will be required for charger.

4. What is the size of charger?

Ans. Dimensions of charger: 440mm * 360mm * 270mm.

5. How is the charger mounted? Do I need to have it inside our workshop or beside the pitlane?

Ans. Charger can be mounted on rack or wall. Charging in workshop or on pitlane differs track to track, and so we can only determine it after our team conducts an audit of the track.

6. What happens to charger in case of sudden power-surge or power cut-off on the track?

Ans. There is an internal AC fuse and in-built RFI/ EMI Filter provided. So no worries.

7. Do we have purchase the charger separately?

Ans. No, we provide one smart charger with each Go kart. For extra unit, you have to purchase it.

8. What is the warranty of the charger?

Ans. The charger comes with 6 months warranty subject to application within good engineering practice, shipping cost not included.

Control & Timing System

1. Do we have to buy a third-party kart control system? Ans. No, kart control system is integrated with Go kart and Our mobile app.

2. What is the cost of the kart control system provided by us?

Ans. It’s for free!

3. How does it work?

Ans. Every kart has its own computing unit which is connected to local WiFi network, which can be controlled by our mobile app.

4. How much is the cost of the remote control?

Ans. Zero! There is no need for an external remote control. Our control system works on any latest android device.

5. How can we access the mobile app?

Ans. We will provide with APK file of the app.

6. Is the use of remote control better than mobile app on track?

Ans. Remote control is prone to damage and its expensive. The interface of our app is very simple and easy to use.

7. How many track marshall can use the mobile app simultaneously?

Ans. As many as you have on the track.

8. What happens, if two or more track marshall send different command to the same Kart?

Ans. The last command from the track marshall will be followed by the system.

9. What about the timing system?

Ans. No need for third party system. The timing system is also integrated with the system.

10. How does it work?

Ans. We have to mount an Infrared strip on the track start point and the sensor on the Electric Kart will pick up the signal, process it  and transmit it to MADAS.

11. Is the display equipment included in your timing system? 

Ans. No.

12. Will your timing system work in bright sunny days, nights and rainy day?

Ans. Yes, it’s all weather proof.

Software

1. What is Electric Go Kart 360?

Ans. Go kart 360 is a platform for track owner and karting enthusiasts to have a seamless on-track online experience.

2. How does it work?

Ans. Electric Go kart 360 is integrated and so it has access to all the data of track, customers and other details. It works through a mobile app.

3. Who owns the data of the business and customer?

Ans. The data of your business and customer is sole property of the track owner. However to access marketing and advance tools of Electric Go kart 360, we use the data.

4. How much do I have to pay for Our Go kart 360?

Ans. Go kart 360 is free for one complete year. After that period, the basic module will be available for free. We will charge a nominal fee for the advanced version.

5. Will the future updates of Go Kart 360, be charged? 

Ans. We never charge for any update in the basic version of Go kart 360.

After Sales & Service

1. How will company provide after sales service and support?

Ans. We will upload tutorial video explaining the maintenance and servicing of each sub-system. Apart from that, if need be, our team will

     assist track owners over video-call and mail. For the first year, our service engineer will visit your workshop once every quarter for assistance, absolutely free.

2. Who will supply the spares?

Ans. Company will supply each and every spare and support.

3. Does company have an annual maintenance contract option?

Ans. Not at the moment, however we do are working on an efficient AMC model and will update you about it asap.

4. What will be the lead time to deliver the spares?

Ans. Company will dispatch the spares within 15 days of 100% payment.

Manufacturer will  either repair the defective part or send the new replacement. The buyer had to bear the shipping charges of resending part and import of the replacement part.
  4.       VALIDITY: ONE Month from date of Quotation /Proforma Invoice or Stock availability whichever earlier .
  5. TECHINICAL/PART CONFORMATION : We will not be responsible for wrong parts arrivals  and specific part numbers are mentioned in PI. Kindly double check parts and corresponding part number before placing the order .

FORCE MAJEURE We shall not in any way be liable or held Responsible for delay in delivery and Commissioning or non-delivery of the material or any part         thereof or for any loss or damage suffered by you on account of delay cause in manufacturing components by manufacturers and  dealers from an act of God,           act of state, frost, storm, earthquake, fire, flood, strike, lockout, delay  in governmental approval for imports, clearance by customs, labour unrest, power cuts, accident, direct or indirect consequences of war- declared or undeclared -, hostility, national emergency, disorganization of transport or breakdown of machinery and other force majeure conditions beyond the scope of supplier.
